Sea Villas is a complex of villas located in Sardinia in Punta su Torrione, on a hill overlooking the sea with a spectacular view.

Within the village, the villas can be semi-detached, multi-family or multi-storey. They are furnished in a simple style and are located in different parts of the complex.
There are several services on site, including a bar, a restaurant, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a medical service, an ice cream bar, an ATM, a laundromat and stores.

The nearest beach (Spiaggia de Le Saline) is 3 km from the residential complex, the beach of La Pelosa is about 10 km away and the village of Stintino is 7 km away. Stintino is characterized by an amazing environment: it is a land bridge between two seas.
