Gallura Residences are located in San Teodoro, a tourist destination renowned for its beautiful beaches and the intense nightlife that animates the city during the tourist months.

The center of San Teodoro is only 500 meters away. You will find plenty of restaurants, clubs, discos and pubs. The village is populated by tens of thousands of tourists in summer. Nature lovers will enjoy visiting the protected marine area of Tavolara, which is a stopping point for flamingos. The surrounding beaches are also worth visiting: La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, the Marina of Puntaldia...

The apartments are furnished in a simple and functional way. They can be on the first floor with a garden or on the second floor with an equipped balcony.

The owner was very welcoming and even let us check in much earlier than we were meant to. The apartments were clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and accessible to everything. We came for sun and bass festival and nothing more than a 20 min walk away. Each one has a garden front and back....

It's not great for a family as very loud at night until the early hours. Lots of 18-25 year old just looking to party. Great if that's what you are after, otherwise avoid it. Clean and well located for the town centre.

La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro, in zona tranquilla e con ampio parcheggio.
Lato negativo: l'appartamento non è pulito; è per persone che si sanno adattare.
Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo decisamente meglio, in quanto la pulizia è fondamentale per quel che mi riguarda.

Casa vacanza orribile. Odori insopportabili di sporco e chiuso in bagno, come qualsiasi altro lato della casa. Ragnatele dappertutto e pure muffa sulle pareti vicino al letto. Mobili vecchi e maleodoranti esattamente come i letti (letto a castello quasi smontato). Pure il frigo emana odori orribili....
