I liked it:
Large flat, complete with crockery/equipment. Nice maintenance of the outside areas.

I did not like:
Noise from the railway.

I liked:
the location, the green areas, the new and functional toilets.the cars in the underground parking.

I did not like:
the lighting by wall lamps (bedroom and living room) too weak for reading
the lack of storage space in the living room. The kitchenette is too small to make you want to eat elsewhere, the noise of the neighbour's footsteps, the fact that I was rented a north-facing flat when there were dozens available to the south
