Golf training sessions are organised, with all equipment available in the golf shop. You can also hit a tennis ball, play a game of bocce, or swim/relax in one of the two public swimming pools nearby. FranceComfort L'Aveneau has a heated swimming pool, open from the end of April to the end of September.

They can also play on the golf course; during the summer holidays a number of professionals hold special "kids clinics". Add to this the diversity of plants and animals and you get a region that is very attractive for nature and hiking enthusiasts! A must is to explore Marais Poitevin by bike or boat. The fairytale marshland with small canals and picturesque bridges stretches for 60 kilometres, from Niort to the Atlantic Ocean. Culture is not far away either; medieval Poitiers, with its Église Notre-Dame la Grande and many historical monuments, is a true city of culture. An hour and a half away is La Rochelle, a cosy coastal town near Fort Boyard!
