With its exceptional territory, the island of Oléron "La lumineuse" has become a pretty seaside resort in the Charente Maritime region prized for its exceptional sunshine and its natural environment of great diversity. Situated just 1500 m from the beach, the Monplaisir campsite will charm you. Take advantage of its heated outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool.

Activities are available throughout the day. Children and teenagers can enjoy the children's club (4 to 11 years) and the teenagers' club (12 to 15 years): entertainment and games all day long to keep the youngest ones happy.

For sports enthusiasts, there are plenty of activities available on the multi-sports pitch. A play area is also available for younger children. To get your day off to a good start, a bakery service is available. There is also a snack bar. The campsite is perfectly situated for visiting the island of Oléron and its many attractions: the Château d'Oléron and its citadel, the Chassiron lighthouse, the port of La Côtinière...

I regret the arrival time which is a bit late at 5pm and the departure time at 9am.
There is not enough green trolley to carry the luggage when all the holidaymakers leave at the same time.

If you want to go to Oleron, make sure you can use electricity by bringing CETAC or else you are going to have to pay 20€ extra to have eelctricity

Coup de cœur pour ce camping au milieu des pins près de l’océan ! Nous y sommes allés en camping car avec nos enfants. Que ce soit au niveau de la direction ou du snack, l’accueil a été parfait. Merci à Juliette et à son équipe pour leur sourire et professionnalisme !
