Sporting activities take place on the sports field, where you can play football, basketball, handball, hockey and volleyball. Table tennis and billiards can also be played at the park. Nature on the park and in the surrounding area is beautiful. The area is very suitable for cycling and hiking. You can rent bikes at the park and route descriptions are available for free at reception.
Children's facilities
At the park, children can play various ball games. On the playing fields there is a variety of play equipment. The park provides an extensive recreational programme during the school holidays.
Restaurants at the park
In the restaurant, you can enjoy an a la carte dinner, but also simple meals. There is also a snack bar to satisfy your appetite. The park has a holiday shop for forgotten groceries. Get freshly baked bread rolls here for a good start to the day.
Park surroundings
There is plenty to do and experience not only at the park, but also in the surrounding area. For example, visit Landgoed Warnsborn in Schaarsbergen, where you can admire a beautiful English terraced garden. Near EuroParcs De Hooge Veluwe, in De Hoge Veluwe National Park, you will find the Kröller Müller Museum. This museum has a collection of modern art and an associated sculpture park. The Dutch Open Air Museum provides the necessary cultural-historical offerings. This museum gives you a glimpse of life in the Netherlands during the last centuries. For you and the kids, family amusement park Koningin Julianatoren and Burgers' Zoo are an adventurous experience. The Korenmarkt is the place to be if you want to go out in Arnhem. Here you will find many pubs, discotheques and other catering establishments. In the city centre, you can also enjoy a film or a show.
