The resort is just a few kilometres from the ski lifts, making it perfect for a family ski holiday. From the resort, a shuttle service will take you to the ski lifts and take you right into the heart of the Le Grand Massif ski area. You and your family will not be bored on the 266 kilometres of slopes. If you want to rest after skiing, hiking or cycling, you can recharge in the wellness area. You can also swim in the heated indoor pool or enjoy the warm temperatures in the steam bath and sauna. The holiday park's wellness centre also offers massages, which will really relax you. A gym is also available for all sports enthusiasts.

The resort also offers some recreational programmes for little guests. In the large ski area of Le Grand Massif, there are plenty of easy slopes where your children can practice. Just 500 m from the resort you will also find a ski school. Afterwards, the children can of course warm up and have fun in the indoor swimming pool.

At the resort itself you will find a restaurant that will spoil you with local specialities and international dishes for dinner. For a truly relaxing start to the day, you can also order sandwiches in the evening from reception for the following morning. In the afternoon and evening, you can order a refreshing drink at the bar and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Please note that the restaurant is only open during the winter season.
Surroundings Dormio Resort Les Portes Du Grand Massif
Located 4 km from the centre of Flaine, the flats and chalets are the perfect place to spend a wonderful skiing holiday in France. There is plenty to do around the holiday park. Go skiing all day, discover the mountain landscape on a (snowshoe) hike or take a fun mountain bike tour. Right next to the holiday park you will also find a golf course where you can play golf in the warm season. In about 1.5 hours you can also reach the Swiss city of Geneva on Lake Geneva, which is definitely worth a day trip. Also just 1 hour away is the famous winter sports resort of Chamonix.

Pets
Please note that pets are always on request. If you wish to bring a pet, you will pay a pet surcharge per pet per night. If you cannot add pets while booking, unfortunately there are no accommodations available where pets are allowed in the type of your choice.

We no longer book reservations with multiple accommodations. So if guests make reservations with 2 or more accommodations, we will no longer be able to do anything with that reservation and will have to look into making separate reservations.
