Located on the Charente-Maritime coast, between Royan and Rochefort and just 2 km from the town centers of La Palmyre and Les Mathes, Domaine de Montcalm offers all the ingredients for an exceptional vacation. In the forest, along the oyster beds, on the seafront, or along the "chemin des douaniers", your bike rides will take you to wide, unspoilt beaches thanks to the many cycle paths.

From mid-May to mid-September (weather permitting), you'll enjoy a lovely outdoor swimming pool for a few lengths and some fun with friends and family. During the summer school vacations, the children's club, the teenagers' club and the whole campsite team offer a wide range of activities for unforgettable family moments!
Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the multi-sports field and fitness area, while children will love the playground.

As for services, the campsite's snack bar is open all season for refreshments and drinks. Bread is also available.

In fact, it's in a quiet location, and in June there aren't many people around, so it's very pleasant, close to the cycle paths. On the other hand, we had to contend with mosquitoes in the mobile home, which became a bit of a sport, especially in the evenings. Apart from this minor inconvenience, we had a very pleasant stay and the weather was pretty good.
