Perfect Normandy base

Absolutely perfect! Basic accommodation in a non-mobile mobile home static caravan sort of thing. Booked a couple of weeks before, and got a flash sale price, so had a 3-bedroom 2 toilet/bathroom 'serenite' level accommodation substantially cheaper than UK-based provider equivalents.
Beds surprisingly... comfy, and place well-equipped, so microwave, fridge-freezer, 4 ring cooker, over, coffee machine, kettle etc. Fab showers. We had taken our own sheets and quilt covers, as per the instructions, but took our own pillows, which I would recommend as their pillows looked fairly poor and lumpy (and square, so would not fit in UK cases anyway!)! Had a terrace area complete with table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a BBQ!
Siblu are a French company and, therefore, everything provided by way of entertainment is French, which we knew before we went and I therefore would not expect to be anything any different! Some reception staff spoke English. The Teens club staff had very limited English. However, my 2 teens (13 and nearly 15) had a fabulous day doing 'stuff' with the Teens club, leaving at 10 with a packed lunch and phone equipped with Google Translate, and calling me at 4 to explain that they would be late! And both loved it and wanted to do more! Younger one also joined in with the pool party, which the older one described as a chaotic bar brawl without the alcohol!!! Evening entertainment very 'French', but husband and I were quite happy back at base with a glass of Normandy cider whilst the boys were off doing stuff with the teens club!
Site ideally placed for access to all the Normandy locations and to Bayeux. Highly recommend a ciderie nearby in Ducy Sainte Margarite as well....
Would highly recommend and, on the basis of this trip, we would do Siblu again!
Additional points to note, beyond taking your own pillows....mugs very tiny, so if you like a proper cup of tea, take a mug. Accommodation has nothing by way of usables, so take tea towels, a bottle of Cif (or equivalent) and a cloth, washing up liquid and, most importantly, toilet roll
