Ideally located on the sea front of the Bessin cliffs, the Omaha Beach campsite offers direct, private access to the beach of the same name, famous for the history of the Second World War landings. Its unrivalled location and exceptional panorama make it a popular holiday destination for outdoor enthusiasts and history buffs alike.
From May to September, you can enjoy the campsite's indoor heated swimming pool and the beach, which is less than a minute's walk away and offers fishing, sea kayaking, longe-côte, stand-up paddle and even paragliding.
You'll always find an activity to suit your taste: table soccer, shuffleboard, inflatables (depending on the season), basketball hoop, ping-pong tables, games room, TV room, petanque pitch, soccer pitch, beach volleyball. The children's club for 4-12 year-olds offers fun and recreational activities in July and August.
In terms of services, the Omaha Beach campsite has a restaurant with a terrace offering a panoramic view of the sea, where the whole family can enjoy a simple, convivial meal. Takeaway meals are also available in July and August. A bar and grocery store are open all day in high season. Wifi available throughout the campsite at an additional cost.
