Great place with some REALLY big problems

My wife and I and our 2 children (5 and 8) was there for a week july 2022.
The camp site was nice and very close to the beach. The swimming pool area was great, and the childrens disco every night was a hit for our daughter.
But...
The restaurant is a complete disaster. After arriving we went straight... to the pool and when they closed at 1pm, we went to the restaurant for lunch. My wife and son got their food, but the pizzas we ordered for me and my daugher didn't come. After some time we saw some other table getting some pizzas, but they already had some. I'm guessing it was ours...
We asked if the pizzas were coming because some of us was almost done eating and we got a hurried and annoyed "yes, the pizzas are coming" from the male waiter, who you will hear a lot about in this review...
When they finally come, we asked the waiter why we had to wait for 45 minutes for the pizzas. She couldn't speak enough english to explain and got the male waiter who listened and started to argue, until he saw that my wife was not going to take that from him. So he said a very insincere "yeah yeah, sorry" and left us there.
We avoided the restaurant because of this, and we saw him stare at us when we walked by, feeling really creeped out that he made us feel so unwelcome at our vacation site.
Some days later we tried the restaurant again and we got mr. Grumpy as our waiter. Yay!
I asked for the wine list and he put three wines on the table. No explation, no prices, no information what so ever. I asked for the Ripasso and he took away the other two bottles. Then we expected wine glasses to appear and that the wine was opened, but guess what...? Nothing happened!
We sat there for 10 minutes before we started talking about getting up to get his attention, but also he had made us feel so uncomfortable and we didn't want a major conflict or anything. Crazy thoughts to have on your vacation, right? Well, he managed to make us think like that.
We got another waiter who was the only one who spoke a reasonable amount of english and she got our wine glasses and yelled at the male waiter to open our wine.
5 minutes later another table had the exact same issue and she REALLY yelled at him.
Food was great though. But when that restaurant is the only real alternative to cooking in your trailer, the service has to be better. This is a camp site with 5 stars on it, and I'm assuming they don't award themselves the stars.
And now for the final thing that ensures that we will not come back ever.
When we checked in, we made sure that everything on the inventory list was there because we had to pay a €100 deposit in case something was wrong. Everything was fine.
When I came up to hand over the keys after a camp site employee had checked the trailer and said nothing about any issues, I was asked if there were any other issues than the missing toilet seat.
The what?
The missing toilet seat!
I'll spare you the details, but the top cover of one of the toilets was missing and we didn't report that as a problem, because we kinda figured that if it was a problem, then the previous check would have found it. Or the cleaners. It was like that when we arrived.
I'm a reasonable and calm person, but I got pissed off and said that if they want us to check for missing toilet seats then they should put that on the inventory list!
It was €35 to replace it and we agreed to split it. Those €17,50 cost them this bad review and several others and I will actively warn people from going there.
The absolute unacceptable level of service at the restaurant and this extortion scam or whatever they have going on is so far below my expectations.
Avoid this place.
