What kind of holiday are you looking for?

This site, which is primarily Homair with some Eurocamp, is basic, no it isn't the best equipped site nor is it the most eye catching. But what it is bloody fantastic if you want to get away from the idiots. We last went here in July 16 for 10 days and are heading back for 3weeks this July/Aug.
The reason... we are heading back is quite simply because it has what we as a family need.
The vans are well equipped as you would expect with a Eurocamp but unlike other sardine sites there is at least 3 times the space per pitch, and it is perfectly placed for exploring pretty much anywhere in Provence or the Riviera. It is only 2.5hrs drive from Monaco or if that's to far just 45mins to Marseille. Not to mention nearby Arles and the fantastic amphitheatre. If you've heard of the Gorge Verdon then this is a good Base for that as well.
If you don't want a day of exploring the site has everything you need, pool, volleyball, table tennis, aqua aerobics with François. Beer, bar food, ice cream........ more than enough for a chilled out day.
Each van comes with a barbecue, so a 15min trip to Cavaillon and one of the many well stocked supermarkets (there's even a McDonalds) , and you'll be flipping burgers and sausages etc in no time.
As my title says "What kid of holiday are you looking for?"
If you want water slides screaming kids and entertainment every night then look elsewhere, there is plenty of choice out there. Although last year the circus paid a visit which was funny, even if we brits couldn't understand a word said, but that kind of explains why some Brits won't like this site as it is primarily a French site for French people, not many of us Brits bother to drive 10hrs down to this site so they don't really cater for us.....perfect.
We prefer this kind of holiday where we can do what we want to do when we want to do it, and a nice quite site adds to that experience.
Would I recommend this site? I have done but only to like minded people.
The site entrance road does pass through a quary on one side, but I assure when you drive down that road you won't even look at the quarry as on the other side is what I presume was the old quarry. This is now a beautiful fishing lake and the water is just a magical blue that will stick in your mind forever.
On the other side of the site is a river, so you can not hear a single car or truck from the road on site.
Oh yes you can hire a bike if you want 😆
