Ideally located in the heart of Provence, the Fontisson campsite offers you a quiet, family atmosphere to make the most of your vacation. Just a few kilometers from Avignon and its famous Popes' Palace, or from L'Isle sur la Sorgue and its magnificent market, a change of scenery is guaranteed.

The campsite invites you to relax with your family by the heated outdoor swimming pool, or to take part in the many daytime activities (pétanque, mini-golf, table tennis, tennis, etc.) or evening theme dinners.

Everything you need for a great vacation is on hand: bread and pastries, a bar-restaurant, laundry facilities, library, etc.

Don't forget! For reasons of hygiene and to maintain the excellent quality of the water in the pool, shorts and swimming shorts are not permitted. It is also forbidden to eat or drink inside the pool. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting.

Great welcome, we stayed at the Fontisson in April and were given excellent advice on exploring the surrounding area.
No entertainment at the campsite in April, but all sorts of rackets, balls, board games, mini-golf, boules, etc. are available.
All the staff at this campsite are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces!
We really enjoyed our stay at Le Fontisson!

It was my first caravan tour to France from U.K. and the Camping Fortisson was the first campsite we booked to stay for one night. I really loved that site. This was our second visit to Camping Fontisson, and again we were not disappointed.

This time our around we were on pitch 31, which was a corner plot - very big and spacious. Large enough to fit our tent, a gazebo and car, whilst still leaving plenty of room to move around.

This campsite is probably one of the best in the neighbourhood of Avignon. A lot of green, a lot of shadow, nice places, a nice swimming pool, tennis, fitness, whatever you like. Just a pity that the host of this campsite is not "warm" at all. As a welcome you get "the warrant is 150 euro", the farewell...

We arrived at Camping Fontisson much later than we had hoped, and even though the reception had closed, we were dealt with in a great way.

The original pitch we had been given did not work for our size of tent, but we were told to walk around the campsite and find one that was empty that did suit us....
