Mixed feelings........

We stayed at this site in August 2015, using our own tent and electric hook up - we hired a fridge which was a very useful facility. Despite specifically noting on the booking form that we have a very large tent, the pitch was only just big enough and we sat our chairs on the roadway at the edge of it....
The site is described as being situated around lakes......... most of the camping pitches are situated around the entrance , alongside a very busy road - and the noise is noticeable day and night....... Most of the pitches around the perimeter of the site have overhanging trees, which give shade....... but also means that you are bitten constantly ! Take LOTS of insect repellent / bite treatment !
There are a couple of staff that speak a little basic English - most do not. The bar / restaurant area is very busy - we ate here a couple of evenings and the food was good - a large choice of pizzas and a few burgers/ a la carte choices. If you want to eat and then enjoy the evening entertainment make sure you book a table well in advance , or you will not find a seat ! We gave up trying to find a space at the welcome evening both weekends that we were there as we couldn't find standing room never mind a seat for my pregnant daughter !
The toilets are cleaned twice daily and needed fixing twice a day too - the flush mechanism on most of them broke during the day at some point ! The showers are clean if a little small. They work on a 'push button' basis and are freezing cold if you attempt to shower before 9 am ! There is, however, a hand held shower within the disabled toilet cubicle and I noticed many people using this to shower their children.
There is a small, basic grocery store and bread/ croissants can be ordered at the bar for the following morning. The pool is clean and visible. The main pool has wide steps leading into it rather than a 'ladder' which makes it safer and easier to get into/ out of. There is also a small children's pool within the same area and a few sun lounger chairs. There is Wi Fi available at an extra charge - but be aware that the charge is per item, not per pitch , so could be expensive if you take teenagers!
We did not actually see the owners ( as pictured on the site details) but were aware of some of the employees living in tents on the site. All in all, we found things to do and see in the area, but were glad to get a decent shower, flush toilet that reliably worked and a decent night's sleep in a hotel at the end of 2 weeks !
