Holiday Park Giethoorn is located in the centre of Giethoorn, near a lake in the Weerribben-Wieben nature reserve. In the centre of Giethoorn you will find nice shops, various museums and several restaurants and brasseries. In addition, this location is very suitable for nature lovers. Take long walking and cycling trips through the green surroundings or make use of one of the water sports possibilities.
The rental price of all accommodation includes the hire of a whisper boat (from 1 March to 1 November). The whisper boats are moored at each accommodation and are therefore private during your stay at the park. A charging point is available at each accommodation. Explore the surroundings by whisper boat or take a trip in a sailing boat or canoe. Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy surfing here. A trip to the Hanseatic city of Zwolle is also possible. Go shopping or visit the Peperbus.

Security deposit
The park charges a mandatory deposit between €65 and €115 per accommodation. For the sloop, mandatory additional service charges of €39.95 + an additional deposit of €35 apply.
Pets
Pets are allowed in most accommodation. If you wish to bring a pet, you will have to pay a pet surcharge per pet per night. If you cannot bring pets when making your reservation, unfortunately there are no accommodations available where pets are allowed in the type of your choice.
Disabled
Please note that Vakantiepark Gierthoorn is only accessible via a footbridge. This makes it difficult/unavailable to the disabled.

In 2024, the boat at Vakantiepark Giethoorn is included with the accommodation from 1 February to 31 October. (Except Lepelaar hotel chalet and the tiny house, these accommodations do not have a boat with the accommodation) The boat at group accommodation the Vogelbroedplaats and the Kraaiennest is available all year round, weather permitting.
