Roompot Water Village is located on the coast of Zeeland. It is a completely pedestrian park, you will appreciate the calm and the great spaces of the place. You can admire the seals, swim or surf in the nearby sea.
The new bungalows are full of charm with their wooden exterior and their modern decoration. Moreover, they offer beautiful volumes and equipment such as dishwasher, one or more smart TV, a dryer, floor heating ... So you can have a more than comfortable stay.

Please note that the facilities and reception are located at the adjacent Roompot Beach Resort. As a guest of Water Village, you have free use of these facilities. Opening hours of facilities change depending on the season.
Groups
If you wish to stay at the holiday park as a group, this must be announced in advance. The holiday park may refuse groups or charge a higher deposit.
Interior and exterior may differ
Please note that the interior and exterior may differ from the photos in real life. The photos are an indication of what you can expect at the park. It is therefore possible that your allocated cottage differs in terms of furnishing and appearance from what is shown in the photos.
Youth
Reservations can only be made by persons over 21 years old.
Pets
Pets are allowed in most accommodation. If you wish to bring a pet, you will have to pay a pet surcharge per pet per night. If you cannot bring pets when making your reservation, unfortunately there are no accommodations available where pets are allowed in the type of your choice.
Business stays
It is not allowed to make bookings other than for recreational purposes. Bookings made by companies will be refused entry to the holiday park on arrival.
Temporary pool closure
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed from Monday 27 November to Monday 4 December. You are welcome to come and swim at swimming pool De Parel on Hof Domburg. This is about a 25-minute drive away.
Maximum 3 accommodations in 1 booking
A maximum of 3 accommodations can be booked in 1 booking. More accommodation in 1 booking is a possibility.
