The luxury Roompot Beach Resort is located near Kamperland in the province of Zeeland. The park has a water paradise, a heated indoor pool and a children's pool. There is also a water slide. In the immediate vicinity you can swim in the sea.
Young children can do crafts in the Kids-Club, play in the playground or dance in the mini-disco. Teenagers can play in the Chill Zone or take part in one of the many activities organised by the entertainment team. Sports enthusiasts can have fun at the tennis and squash courts, as well as the sports fields. There are also many water sports activities available.
Fancy some fried mussels, prawns, lobster or a sweet bolus zealand? These New Zealand specialities are on the menu throughout the province. You can also opt for the buffet restaurant or snack bar at the Roompot Beach Resort in Kamperland.
Good to know
Groups
If you wish to stay at the holiday park as a group, this must be announced in advance. The holiday park may refuse groups or charge a higher deposit.
Youth
Reservations can only be made by persons over 21 years old.
Pets
Pets are allowed in most accommodation. Please note that pets are always on request. If you wish to bring a pet, you pay a pet surcharge per pet per night and final cleaning is obligatory. If you cannot bring pets when making your reservation, there are unfortunately no accommodations available where pets are allowed in the type of your choice.
Business stays
It is not allowed to make bookings other than for recreational purposes. Bookings made by companies will be refused entry to the holiday park on arrival.
Interior and exterior may differ
Please note that the interior and exterior may differ from the photos in real life. The photos are an indication of what to expect at the park. It is therefore possible that your allocated cottage differs in terms of furnishing and appearance from what is shown in the photos.
Arrival
Arrivals are possible in high season on Mondays and Fridays until 5pm. If you are unable to arrive within these times or on these days, you can visit the terrace café next to the park reception. In that case, we ask you to contact the park reception in good time by calling 0031 (0)113 85 53 00.
Add a cot
In all bungalows (4-person NT comfort, 8-person bungalow BE, 6-person bungalow BD Comfort) a cot can be placed in the bedroom. This is not possible in all chalets (RP4A, RP4B, RP6C, RP6A).
Temporary pool closure
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed from Monday 21 November to Monday 28 November. You are welcome to come and swim in the subtropical swimming pool at Hof Domburg. This is about a 20-minute drive away.
Maximum 3 accommodations in 1 booking
A maximum of 3 accommodations can be booked in 1 booking. More accommodation in 1 booking is a possibility.

Pool maintenance
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed from Monday 13 January 2025 to Friday 31 January 2025. You are welcome to swim at swimming pool De Parel at Hof Domburg. This is about a 25-minute drive away.
Maintenance work
From 17 to 21 March 2025, Rijkswaterstaat will carry out maintenance work on the beach at Roompot Beach Resort. Due to safety reasons, the beach will not be accessible during this period.
Security deposit
A deposit will be charged for each accommodation. You can find the deposit on the invoice from Roompot.
