In your description of the specific conditions it was stated that bed linen and towels were provided, but Odalys told us that this was not agreed in the conventions with your organisation. We had to buy towels! I should have booked directly with Odalys so I wouldn't have had this problem.
this inconvenience and expense. With Odalys everything was included!
