Among the variety of landscapes on offer in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, the Arcachon Basin is one of the most famous, between the Atlantic Ocean and the pine forest of the Prés Salés d'Arès nature reserve, between the sea air and the scent of woodland. The commune of Arès lies in the gentle, peaceful setting of the basin, in the heart of the Landes de Gascogne and in the middle of the Côte d'Argent.

With nature, water sports activities and tastings of local produce, your holiday with family or friends will be soothing and illuminated by the mild Aquitaine sunshine.

You can also visit towns famous for their rich heritage, Arès being situated 47 km west of Bordeaux and 38 km north of Arcachon. Arès is the perfect place to get together with friends and family for a holiday in the heart of the Landes region.

On the shores of the Arcachon Basin and with direct access to the beach, Les Rives de St Brice is set in a wooded pedestrian-only estate. Spend your stay in a detached house in the vacation village and enjoy a heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools with paddling pools, a gym and plenty of entertainment for all ages.

During the summer school vacations, children aged 4 to 12 can join in the mini-club activities.

Take advantage of your stay to discover the fishing village of Arès, the Arcachon Basin, Cap Ferret, the Dune du Pyla, the Prés Salés nature reserve, etc.

This place is uninhabitable. A tenement, not a vacation. That living situation is gross and unsafe. A tent would be preferable. Seriously, this place is the pits. I would not recommend it to any one. Beware.
