In Les Contamines-Montjoie, in the hamlet of Le Lay, awaits you a residence that looks every bit like a cosy mountain chalet. With its spacious, light-filled flats, you'll feel right at home in this pied-à-terre for sharing with friends or family.

The residence comprises 30 flats from T2 to T5. The flats are equipped with all the essentials for your comfort. The kitchen area has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In the living room, you'll find a dining area and a sofa bed that sleeps 2. Your bathroom has a bath or shower. Decorated in a Savoyard style, these flats guarantee a change of scenery.

The residence :
To relax after a day in the mountains, enjoy a free area with hot tub and sauna as well as a gym with relaxation equipment.

A lively family resort, Les Contamines-Montjoie has plenty of places to relax, bars and restaurants. There is a mini-market and bread shop just 200 metres from the Le Nevez residence. A chemist, tobacconist and souvenir shop are 1 km away. Finally, 2 supermarkets with everything you need for your stay are 15 km away.

Résidence Nemea Le Nevez is located in the Alps, in the hamlet of Lay in Les Contamines-Montjoie. Wherever you look, a sumptuous panorama of Mont-Blanc and Beaufortain awaits you. A sauna and jaccuzi await you at the end of the day.

A gym is available to all residents. For an exceptional stay, 150 meters of ski lifts are at your disposal. Alternatively, optimize your time and energy by taking the gondola. For a rejuvenating vacation, take advantage of a fitness and wellness course in thermal water at the Les Bains du Mont-Blanc spa center in St Gervais.

In terms of services, Résidence Nemea Le Nevez has a wifi connection. You'll find a bakery and a mini-market just 200 meters away. Pets are allowed on the premises at an additional cost. The residence is also 1 km from shops, bars and restaurants.

Lovely apartment and great views from the balcony.

Lovely to be able to travel again after the pandemic. We stayed here again and the apartments are spacious. We had a lovely view from our balcony. Close to the lifts. Skiing is always good in Les Contamines. Can't wait to return again.

Location - Le Nevez is in a great location and is a great place to ski from. Outside of the main village (10 mins away on foot) but in a residential area close to the main lift. Wooded walks near by and near the river. A more traditional feel for resort and a lovely place to be.

We visited again this time with family renting three appartments in total. We had a superb holiday helped by the weather. 8 adults and 5 children in group. Skied everyday and spent time in the learning areas with the children and on the mountain with children and adults.

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment, this is unusual in ski resorts and made having the two teenagers so much easier. It is within easy walking distance of the main lifts and the skiing, whilst not hardcore on piste, was great fun. Our apartment has lovely pictures on the walls so I suspect the owners are...

Stephan in reception was very helpful, Apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location, right beside ski lifts. Traditional Village setting nearby. Sauna, Hot tub and laundry facilities. Plenty of restaurants
