Ideally located on the edge of the beach and its 16 kilometers of fine sand, this residence, dedicated to pedestrians and bicycles, has been renovated in respect of its original architecture and extends over 5 hectares between the pond of Leucate and the Mediterranean Sea.
During your stay, you can enjoy free of charge the indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, the whirlpool, the sauna and the gym of the residence.

In July and August, children from 4 to 12 years old will be able to take advantage of a free mini-club
A large number of services are also accessible from the residence, along the beach. Snack bar in July and August.

Take advantage of your stay to discover Leucate and its small traditional fishing port, Le Franqui, the medieval city of Carcassonne and the art city of Narbonne. Discover the local gastronomy thanks to numerous markets.
