The Résidence Les Balcons du Viso is located in Abriès, a village at an altitude of 1,550 metres, in the Queyras Regional Nature Park. Ideally positioned just 500 metres from the ski slopes and ski lifts, it offers easy access to winter activities. You'll also find all the essentials nearby, including bakeries, mini-markets, sports shops and souvenir boutiques.
With its typical mountain architecture, the residence blends in perfectly with the surrounding natural landscape, offering a peaceful, relaxing setting ideal for holidays with family or friends. It is also close to the Haute Vallée du Guil nature reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage site, guaranteeing a stay in the heart of unspoilt nature.
The residence's flats are designed to combine comfort and conviviality. Available for groups of 2 to 10 people, each flat has a living room with sofa bed or pull-out bed, a fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, etc.) and a bathroom or shower, often with separate WC. Some flats also have a balcony or furnished terrace. There are also flats accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The residence offers a wellness area with a heated indoor swimming pool and whirlpool. A sauna and hammam are available at an additional cost.
