Located in Mimizan, one of the most pleasant places on the Atlantic coast and the first seaside resort created in the Landes at the end of the 19th century. The residence Le Marché De La Plage welcomes you in a comfortable, authentic and pleasant setting. On site, you will appreciate the outdoor heated swimming pool and the whirlpool.

At the residence Le Marché de la Plage, enjoy 10 km of fine sandy beaches for beautiful walks with friends or family. A gym equipped with various equipment to take care of your body is also on site. It is also the place where surfers and fishing enthusiasts can practice their passion. In addition, the sea offers a wide range of activities, including sailing, sand yachting, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. The site abounds in numerous hiking trails and walks. There are also 50 km of bicycle paths to explore the nature of Mimizan.

As for the services, the establishment offers a free wifi connection. You will have at your disposal a laundry. A breakfast formula is provided for an additional fee. Pets are also allowed at the residence Le Marché de la Plage for an additional fee.

The reception is open every day from 9 am to 12 am and from 5 pm to 7 pm, except on Tuesday afternoons and all day Wednesday. It is imperative to inform the residence in case of late arrival. Guests have access to the underground car park at a cost of 30 euros.

From Bordeaux, take the A63 motorway and then the RN10 towards Bayonne. Exit at Labouheyre, exit N°16. Then join the D626 departmental road to Mimizan and continue until you reach Mimizan Plage. Then, in Mimiza Plage, go to the tourist office and head towards the Place du Marché.
