Located in the family seaside resort of Vieux Boucau, the Lagocéan residence welcomes you for a relaxing seaside holiday. To swim, you can go to the beach by taking the direct access of the residence. You will also be able to swim in the lake which is less than one kilometre from the residence.

In this seaside resort, entertainment is offered for all during the summer school holidays. You will find aquatic activities by going to the beach, but you can also enjoy the activities proposed at the lake (Attention, outside the residence).

Well equipped and spacious accommodation, the only drawback is the insulation, we can hear a lot of noise from the neighbours

Very pleasant flat, well located near the beach and lake, all the necessary equipment even washing machine not specified on the site, very good bedding, spacious and new flat

Appartement très confortable, très bien équipé. Propreté ok. Equipements ok. Mobilier renouvelé. Cadre agréable à 2 pas de la dune et de l'océan et des commerces du village. L'accueil est fort sympathique. les hôtesses sont très disponibles.

Appartement très propre, emplacement idéal entre la plage et les commerces.
Beaucoup d'activités à faire dans la région, location de vélos au top.
Un merci tout particulier à l’opticien de Vieux Boucau qui s’est arrangé pour nous remplacer des lunettes de vue perdues dans l’océan...

Appartement très fonctionnel nous avions un rez-de-chaussée avec terrasse parasol et chaise longue....et grande table. Les filles à l agence sont très accueillantes. Aucun problème durant notre séjour. Nous avons eu droit à une place de parking souterrain et comme on peut tout faire à pied ou...

On ne reviendra pas. Presque tous les soirs les voisins tiennent conférence en bas de la résidence. Le Velux n'a jamais fonctionné. La télévision est tombée en panne le mercredi. La conciergerie a tenté de réparer en vain. Le réfrigérateur chauffe plus qu'il ne refroidit
