The residence Kermael is located 15 minutes from St-Malo, 40 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel and only 80 meters from the beach. It welcomes you in Saint Briac Sur Mer, in an old fishermen village with a peaceful atmosphere. You will appreciate the coastal atmosphere ideal for a relaxing vacation. Residents have access to two heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools as well as a sauna.
You will not have time to get bored, the residence offers a multitude of activities. A gym is at your disposal. From the residence, go to visit the unavoidable sites in the surroundings: way of painters, river of Frémur. Activities and water sports for all tastes will also give rhythm to your stay. On the program, you will have kayak, paddle, etc. Thrills are waiting for you during a parachute jump or paragliding.
To make your stay more comfortable, the Kermael residence offers a wide variety of services. Residents have wifi access. Breakfast is available at an additional cost. You can also opt for a comfort pack to benefit from other services.

Follow the motorway to Rennes. Then take the R.N. 137 and the D168 to Dinard. Continue towards the coast road through Saint Lunaire and continue towards Saint-Briac. The residence is located right at this exit.
