The residence has a covered terrace overlooking Saint-Martin and Marinas. In the inner courtyard of the complex you will find two swimming pools: a heated pool and a children's pool. You will not be bored, as 1-3 times a week there is an evening activity at the resort. For a fun evening with the family, you can use the table tennis for free.

By car, you can reach the beautiful golden-sand beach Richelieu in 5 minutes, where you can park freely. You can stroll along the pleasant promenade or take the bus to the marina. A 5-minute walk away you will find quays, ports and many shops. Everyone will find something that will make them enjoy their holiday. For hours of water fun, head to the large Aquapark (0.8 km). For sports lovers, there is an international golf course, a tennis club, riding stables, various water sports and there is the possibility of deep-sea fishing! The rock formations along the coast are popular with diving enthusiasts. For nightlife, check out the various cinemas, or perhaps visit the casino. Fancy seeing some of the historic countryside? Fontcoude abbey, Roquefort cheese caves, Demoiselles caves and the Clamouse and Bouzigues with its oyster beds are definitely worth a visit.
