Gute Ausstattung der Häuser, besonders mit der tollen Terrasse

Nur eine Kleinigkeit:
Obwohl die Endreinigung gemäß "Novasol" Buchungsbestätigung enthalten ist, habe ich im Park noch eine Endreinigung in Höhe zahlen müssen. Diesen Betrag habe ich mit Belegen bei Novasol per Mail reklamiert, aber noch nichts gehört.
