Your property is located in the heart of the "Pyrenees Catalanes", in the Cerdagne region, between France and Spain. Font Romeu, at an altitude of 1750 m and with its 43 ski slopes, is known as the sunniest place in France (300 days of sunshine a year). Enjoy an excellent climate and stunning mountain views. The residence consists of 103 flats spread over 5 buildings, located in a residential area of Font Romeu. This property is located 900m from the cable car, 500m from the town centre, the nearest shop is 300m and the supermarket 2km away. Park facilities include a partially covered swimming pool (accessible to persons with reduced mobility), ski lockers, Wi-Fi at the reception for a fee, books and board games available to borrow, laundry (paying). In the summer season, you also have at your disposal an outdoor unheated swimming pool and a heated paddling pool open from the beginning of July to the end of August. The resort offers many services for families with children, such as rental of baby equipment (booster seat, bed and bath), baby changing room, rental of books and board games at reception. Representatives of the French ski school are present at reception every Saturday between 18h and 19h (discount if you book in advance). This allows your children to be introduced to the sport of skiing in a safe and stable environment. You have the possibility of various sports and leisure activities on and around the domain: snow tubing, snowshoeing, sleighing, dog sledding, bowling, skating, paragliding, fitness, tennis, etc... Cinema, library, casino, restaurant, disco, nightclubs are at your disposal.

Sights to see include: the Pyrenees Catalanes regional park, the Chambre d´Aze educational farm, the fortified town of Mont Louis, the Ermitage chapel and its Golgotha, the churches of Via and Odeillo. The solar furnace in Odeilo is the largest solar furnace in the world! Discover the natural hot springs and relax in the wellness centres! You can see the tourist routes by helicopter or explore the valley by yellow train.
