Each house has an enclosed plot of land (min. 400 m2), which can be grassed or gravelled, tiled and/or planted with trees, as well as a private swimming pool (min. 6 x 3 m), a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking space in front of the house or on the street.
Most of the houses have 2 levels and are well furnished according to the taste of each owner. They are all equipped with satellite TV, a washing machine and most of them also have a dishwasher.
