Only 4km from the Atlantic coast, the village under the pines, les Cottages de Leon, welcomes you in a friendly and family atmosphere, in the heart of the Landes forest. You will appreciate the water park, composed of 3 heated outdoor pools, a slide, a paddling pool, a pool for swimmers, and a heated indoor pool.

During July and August, family activities are offered during the day and evening. You will also be able to take advantage of the different structures available on our site during the whole season: sports complex, multisport field, tennis courts, playground, mini golf, fitness room... Your children will be welcomed at the children's club in July/August.

To make your stay easier, you will find a bar and a restaurant/pizzeria on site, from April to October, free of charge. Within a radius of 1km, you will find all the local shops you may need (supermarket, markets, restaurants, pharmacy...).

Everything was really perfect, and we'd be delighted to come back. The only negative point was that we didn't have a television in our accommodation (we didn't ask for one, maybe that's why) but that's saying something. Otherwise everything was PERFECT.

Very comfortable bungalow, fully equipped. Unbeatable surroundings. Highlight that Anthony attended us phenomenal, always ready to help.

The chalet was dirty and smelly when we arrrived and the rooms are very badly maintained.
The curtains and bedcovers haven't been washed for ages and the chalets are very poorly equipped.
If I was just reviewing the chalet I would only rate it as terrible but the main site is tidy and the swimming pool...

C’est la 3e fois que nous allons dans ce village vacances. Nous adorions mais cette année, les soirées à répétitions avec la musique à fond jusqu’à 1h du mat c’est lourd ! Pour ceux qui aiment le calme, passez votre chemin ! De plus, le respect des règles à la piscine laisse à désirer...

Magnifique camp de vacances où le repos et la détente sont en rendez-vous !
Ce camp est situé en plein milieu d’une forêt de pins; un vrai bonheur!

Nous adorons cet endroit et y revenons depuis plusieurs années mais cette fois et la 1ere nous sommes déçus. Un cumul de plusieurs choses. Tout d’abord le ménage a l’arrivée très très juste, vaisselle sale et miroir de la salle de bain tellement sale qu’on ne s’y voyait pas. Aucune info...
