Discover the famous island of Noirmoutier nearby, accessible by bridge or on foot through the Gois passage, only at low tide.

From Paris, take the Océane A11 / Le Mans / Angers / Nantes motorway.
From Nantes, follow the motorway to Bordeaux. Then take exit 48 and head towards La Roche-sur-Yon. Continue on exit 1 (D178) towards Machecoul, Challans, then St Jean de Monts.
At St Jean de Monts, turn left at the roundabout onto the D38, heading towards Les Sables. At the second... roundabout, go straight on. At the third and fourth roundabouts, turn right. Finally, at the fifth roundabout, turn left into Avenue Valentin. Continue along the avenue for 2 km.
