Enjoy nature and peace in this wooded bungalow park Landal Heideheuvel near the village of Beekbergen on the Veluwe. Walkers and cyclists will have a lovely time here. The park has a large outdoor playground and an indoor swimming pool. Want to go on an outing? 10 kilometres away is Apeldoorn with its Apenheul, Queen Juliana and Paleis het Loo museum. The largest waterfall in the Netherlands is within walking distance of the park.

For the sporty guests, there are tennis courts, table tennis tables, bowling alley, Curling and bowling alleys. If you are looking for refreshment, you can visit the indoor swimming pool. There are also sunbeds, an infrared sauna and a Turkish steam bath at the park. Ask about the leisure programme for an overview of activities. A great tip is to take a walk accompanied by a forest ranger.
Children's facilities Landal Heideheuvel
There are plenty of facilities for children on the park, including a mini-golf course, an animal pasture, a playground with air trampoline, a swimming pool with paddling pool and an Atelier. The Atelier is all about being busy. Various activities are organised and children can play endlessly. Among other things, there is a marble track, a sandpit with kinetic sand, a Lego wall and a giant chalk wall on which they can create the most beautiful works of art.

For a cosy dinner, Cafe-Bistro Woods is the place to be. If you prefer an easy meal, you can visit the takeaway and snack shop De Smulgaard. You can also make use of the breakfast service (on request).

Landal Heideheuvel is located in a beautiful area for cyclists and walkers. Discover, for example, nature reserves such as Loenermark and Spelderholt. At the park you can request various routes that will lead you past the most beautiful spots. What does the town of Beekbergen in Gelderland have to offer? Here you will find the old church of which you can still admire parts from the 11th century. Also visit Beekbergen railway station. In summer, you can take the Veluwsche Stoomtrein Maatschappij steam train on a journey between Apeldoorn and Lieren. In the summer months, it is also fun to visit the Veluwe markets, where old crafts like spinning are demonstrated. The Gelderland town of Beekbergen is about 10 kilometres south of Apeldoorn. Go to the Apenheul or explore Apeldoorn's city centre with its monumental buildings, museums and cosy shopping streets.

This park is fireworks-free. This means that during New Year's Eve it is permitted to set off prank and joke fireworks in the park. This concerns sparklers, ground flowers, Bengal fire, firecrackers and firecrackers. These fireworks may only be set off at the designated locations from 18:00 to 02:00 by anyone aged 12 and over.
