After a hard day's hiking and horse-riding along the Camino de Santiago, you'll be ecstatic to come and hole up here: the pitches at Camping Vila de Sarria are shady, large and open, but also set in the middle of an oak grove, and there's a great cafe-bar and restaurant to relax in the evening.
The tasty treats in the site's café-bar and restaurant are also a big highlight, and will be much appreciated by weary pilgrims with hungry stomachs; sit down in the evenings to share meals and drinks on the restaurant's huge open terrace, or have a quick bite to eat (sandwiches, pizzas and ice-creams) or a beer in the airy café-bar, or on one of its two splendid terraces
The site is very large and visitors can enjoy plenty of natural shade from all the oak trees here; the whole site is also on grass, so there is plenty of space to stretch out here and there, as well as plenty of room for children to run around.
