On the edge of the pine forests, La Maïade campsite welcomes you to a calm, green setting where you can relax and unwind.
In the centre of the campsite, a huge, sublime oak tree houses the snack bar and its terrace, perfect for gourmet breaks, pizza on the go, lively evenings, moments of conviviality, etc.
Let yourself be tempted by a game of beach volleyball, the traditional pétanque tournament, a frenzied game of table tennis, or our morning running sessions!
Teenagers can take advantage of the dedicated room (table football, board games, etc.), and the little ones can have fun on the playground. Something for all the family!
Close to the beaches and Mimizan lake, the campsite offers mobile homes to suit all budgets, glamping accommodation in lodges, or pitches and sanitary facilities for tents and vans / motorhomes or caravans.
For your convenience, Reception is open long hours to advise you on walking itineraries, activities, visits and anything else you need!
Additional services are available: laundry, grocery shop, baby kit, communal barbecue, library, etc.

In Mimizan, in the heart of the Landes Forest, in a friendly, family atmosphere, you'll find a warm welcome and all the comforts you need for a pleasant vacation at camping la Maïade. The beach is accessible by bike via a path through the forest.

From mid-July to the end of August, the campsite team offers daytime sports tournaments and regularly organizes themed evenings. There are ping-pong tables, a petanque court and table soccer for everyone's enjoyment.

To make your stay easier, there's a snack-bar-friterie on site, which also serves as a grocery store and bread depot. You'll also have access to Wifi throughout the campsite.

We pulled up around midnight. The owners came out to greet us and allowed us to pitch the tent.
It’s a very cute set up with an open bar. Tables and chairs are outside for food.
They served breakfast in the morning (baguettes, croissants, jam, butter, orange juice, coffee).
The bathrooms are shared....

Spent a wonderful week at this lovely campsite on a shady pitch overlooking a field. Clean toilet block, small snack bar. Easy access to a fantastic cycle path into town with great butchers, bakers, supermarket etc and coffee shops. Also cycling to Mimzan Plage and the nearby lake - all on superb cycle...

Semaine très agréable ,emplacement au top et bien ombragé. Camping à taille humaine.
Propriétaires et personnels à l’écoute et sympathique avec les enfants ( cela devient rare).
Une piscine depuis cette année très bien entretenue.
Je recommande cet endroit ..
