Nestling in the heart of the Anjou vineyards near Angers, the 4-star Camping de l'Étang is delighted to welcome you to its verdant site.

The Etang campsite is located in the heart of the Anjou vineyards between Angers and Saumur. It has the privilege to welcome you in a green, authentic, peaceful and natural space. You will appreciate the three heated and covered swimming pools.

On the spot, you will find many proposals of animations such as the family leisure park, the musical evenings and the local markets. Ideas for walks and hikes are on the program to discover the surroundings of the campsite. It has a children's area. There is a mini-farm where chickens and goats live together. A Kids Club is also available in July and August. Holidaymakers can try their hand at fishing in a fenced-in pond. It also offers a local wine tasting.

In terms of services, the Etang campsite offers a bar, a restaurant and Wi-Fi access throughout the site. Bicycles are available for rent. The food shop is accessible. Campers can come with their pets. A grocery store is present from July to August.

Family friendly campsite in wine country

Large pitches, nearly all on grass.. hedges between pitches. Plenty of tree cover. Outdoor pool and heated indoor pool. Cafe closed September. Toilets clean but showers are a little tired.
Staff excellent. Vineyard tour on Wednesday am - very good.

The campsite was lovely - a beautiful fishing lake is at the centre and it is close to a small village. The pitches were of a good size with a mix of hardstanding and grass. Toilets and showers were clean and close to the pitches. It is very quiet nearby - we did have bikes but just walked into the...

The swimmingpool is decent, the camping spots are actually quite good with a good amount of shade and privacy. Our biggest issue with the campsite is that the back of the camping has only a small sanitary house with no showers and only two toilets.
During our stay, one of these toilets kept leaking...

Really good site to explore part of the Loire region and sample
Indoor and outdoor pools. Energetic staff and really excellent, helpful office reception personnel. Daily bread available. Easy bike ride into Brissac-Quincè. Interesting chateau and grounds with restaurant choices. Recommended.
