La Bretonnière - Camping Paradis is located in Saint-Julien-des-Landes in the Vendée, about 12km from the beaches of Brétignolles-sur-Mer. This wooded and flowered campsite will charm you thanks to its beautiful aquatic area: heated indoor swimming pool open all season, a second outdoor swimming pool open from June and a playful aquatic paddling pool with its multi-jets for your little ones.

You will enjoy numerous activities and evenings throughout the season: football and beach volleyball field, trampoline, table tennis, table football, pinball, billiards, playground, theme evenings, sports tournaments, massage session

Shame about the toilets and shower facilities.

Site is nice however, the lights in the shower went off approx 9pm and the showers were cold. Hairdryers on the wall didn't work. Ended up having to shower earlier. Pitch was not what I would call premium (between 2 caravans, under a tree) with some sort of drainage pipe on our pitch gurgling away...

The site is friendly, well managed and maintained. Large camping pitches. Pool area can get very busy and the French rule regarding men’s swim shorts is enforced.

An excellent, small and well maintained, family run campsite. All the staff were very welcoming, and the facilities clean and in good service. A great blend of camping and caravan pitches as well as chalets, and thankfully, small enough to offer some real French charm.

Stayed for 9 nights on camping pitch. Wonderful site, 2 great pools with one slightly heated. Lots of young families - good mix of French/English/Dutch.

Plenty for kids to do - bouncy castle, couple of small playgrounds, trampoline, kids club plus a nice seperate fishing lake with goats wandering next...

We stayed in a touring caravan for the first 2 weeks of September. We had a large serviced pitch at a very reasonable rate.
Maybe it was because it was the end of the season but the site seemed neglected. Some of the sinks waste overflowed, a handryer was hanging off the wall, a chemical toilet waste...
