Many old railway lines have been converted into cycle paths. The campsite is also a good base for fun excursions. By car, you can quickly reach one of the many tourist attractions, such as Monschau, Spa and Diekirch. A visit to Aachen and Luxembourg is also a possibility. You can reach these cities within an hour.
