If I have to come back to this campsite, I will definitely not use your platform but will book directly with the campsite.
Your site does not give the right information
No parking space for the vehicle near the bungalow (vehicle in the car park outside the campsite)
We had booked a bungalow with air conditioning on your site but when we arrived the manager told us that the bungalow we had booked did not have air conditioning. She explained to us that your site was misleading.
Fortunately she was able to put us in a bungalow with air conditioning and a temperature of 36°C.
Cleaning is included in the rental price if you book directly on the campsite website, and household linen is also included, whereas on your website it's charged extra.

There should be much more transparency on your site
I won't be using your site again for my next bookings.

Great welcome. Quiet campsite with great accommodation. Also, it's only a short walk to the beach.

The sea and the nearby Via Luna straw hut are very pleasant. The campsite is quiet and clean in September. Ideal for visiting the surrounding area. The loan of trolleys to transport shopping and small luggage is very practical. The closing pressure on the wristbands could be improved as it is difficult or impossible to open without cutting the ribbon.
