Hello,

We had an excellent stay at this campsite, the air-conditioning was very appreciable given the heat, as was the television, which we watched very little of, given the fine weather we had all week.
We would have liked to stay an extra week.

La Grande Motte is about 30-40 minutes from Montpellier Places de France by 106 bus. We arrived to the train station where bus 106 stops as well. One fare is 1.60 euro. The camping is very clean, we were amazed with the high standard of fittings in the cottage. You have everything what you need. Lovely...

Camping soi-disant 4 étoiles… Une énorme déception. Pourtant nous avons l’habitude des campings.
À notre arrivée, on nous annonce que le mobil-home est prêt. En réalité : aucun ménage n’a été fait.
• Sable partout au sol
• Papier hygiénique dans la poubelle
• Toilettes sales/lavabo...

A notre arrivée, nous avons eu un mobil home, très sale,et non conforme incendie,vis apparentes, joint de cabine de douche moisie etc...
Très mécontent nous sommes allés à l'accueil pour se plaindre,et constater l'état de l'hébergement.
Réaction de Mathieu le responsable a réagi très rapidement...
