Welcome to my home

In the heart of the Landaise forest, the campsite La Clairière welcomes you only a few minutes away from the fine sandy beaches of Mimizan and the Atlantic coast. It enjoys a quiet setting nestled on the banks of a river. During the hot summer days in the Landes, young and old will appreciate the heated swimming pool at your disposal.

In order to make your vacations unforgettable, the campsite La Clairière proposes a program of family animations. Children from 4 to 10 years old will meet every morning at the Children's Club where they will be offered craft workshops, outdoor games or dancing. In high season, the whole family will spend convivial moments on the bar terrace for shows, concerts or karaoke. These are evenings that animate the campsite 3 or 4 times a week.

The campsite La Clairière offers you a bar and a restaurant with take-away meals during your stay. You will also find a bread deposit. A free WIFI connection allows you to stay always connected during your vacations.

On a hot summer's day in the Landes, young and old alike will love the heated swimming pool. Open from June to September, it's perfect for all the family. While parents sunbathe on deckchairs, children can play in the water. Swimming shorts are permitted in the pool.

The internet network should be improved... I enjoyed the comfort of the mobile home, the bar was very friendly and the staff were friendly, as was the restaurant, which served a good small dish!

This place is amazing 🤩
we stayed for one week only wish it could have been longer.
The staff were incredibly helpful.
I’m sure we will return next summer
For longer. The activity’s and entertainment were great. This campsite is so Cool and calm.

Lovely quiet site that suited us perfectly. Excellent english speaking receptionist on our arrival. Good motorhome facilities. Very clean toilet/shower block. Great swimming pool. Lovely rustic bar and restaurant, where we enjoyed an excellent meal.

A very nice campsite ideally located for cycling and walking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free internet was a bonus. We stayed 3 nights and would happily return if we are in the area.

the owner was very accommodating on our arrival and made us feel welcome even though we had not pre booked and only wanted a nights stopover.
secure site in the woods so very little noise at night.
bar and restaurant next to reception, but with driving the next day did not...

We’ve camped in similar and even more basic places in the UK, even camped in fields with Portaloos. This place was the worst we’ve ever been to. The facilities are ok, I can cope with the aged tattyness and the ant infestation.

But it was the groups of noisy teenagers that makes this place unfriendly...
