First disappointment with Eurocamp

Firstly, I should say the water park was brilliant and our children loved it. The beach just 10-15 minutes walk outside the camp was great.
We travelled with a friend and her son, so 6 of us in total. Eurocamp had all our details, and our car details, so they knew we would be driving from the UK,... yet they assigned us to an Ultimate cabin with a space too small to park our Prius (hardly a massive car, but an estate). After two days, we were offered another cabin, which was not Ultimate, which had an even smaller parking space!
The cabin had no awning over the patio area, so at breakfast we were unprotected from the sun. Luckily, it did not rain.
There were no linen bundles in the cabin, so we had to go back to Reception to get them. There was no bathmat provided for the shower, so we had to use one of the towels at first.
The air conditioner refused to stay on for more than an hour, and was pretty useless anyway, so no hope of leaving it running when we went out in the morning so the cabin would not be too hot upon our return. This when there was a printed instruction to leave it running if the air temperature outside was above a certain level.
We were supposed to have a Nespresso coffee machine, and travelled with pods. However, there was a filter machine (if you love your coffee strong, you will understand the problem there). On the Thursday (having checked in on Sunday), a Nespresso machine was suddenly delivered, once Eurocamp customer services got around to reading my e-mail sent on the Sunday evening.
There was no chopping board, so we had to improvise.
We have stayed in two other Eurocamp sites in the South of France, but this was the first time I could not find anywhere to take our rubbish. As far as I could determine, there was no provision onsite, and I had to go to bins meant for local residents outside of the camp. There were also no bins of any kind in any of the public areas onsite, apart from one small bin outside the snack bar.
Bearing in mind that the camp knew the size and ages of our party, we were assigned to a cabin beside a single man, who right form our arrival was creepy. He smoked weed on the patio, while chugging away at wine, and had visitors (presumably from outside the camp), in the evenings.
