Give it a miss and go further into Pyrenees

We stayed here for 5 nights in August 2024 - family of 3 plus caravan. We chose this as the reviews were good and it was on the foothills of the Pyrenees which suited us rather than having to tow the caravan too far.
Positives:
Free Wifi in the Reception area, nice little pool, good 'snack' bar for... lunch and drinks, ok-ish location for driving into Pyrenees.
Not-so-positives:
Completely lukewarm reception from the minute of checking in. It was like I was in the way of the italian woman on reception doing whatever it was she was doing when I arrived. From then on I have barely a positive word to say about the staff - most were dismissive, if not rude. The only exception is the male guy with the dog which I believe to be the manager/owner.
Toilets; despite seemingly being cleaned twice a day, were filthy. This was, I believe, largely down to the block near us (near the back end of the site) being too small for the amount of people camping down our end of the site. Within an hour of being cleaned they were dirty again and no toilet roll even though this was a 3-star site!
Water points, although marked on the map we were given, were non existent. This left us filling up the water barrel for the caravan with a watering can as the only water near us was from taps where the dishes are washed!
Swimming pool on 1 ocassion was locked before the 8pm closing and when I went to find a staff member to ask (they did come and unlock it), it was a major hassle to walk the 20m to go do it.
First weekend of August was when we stayed and again in relation to the check-in process - not once were we informed that for 2 of our 4 nights there was a dance music festival in the town that would go on until 2:30am!!
On a day trip to Lourdes we saw Lac de Lourdes and a 4-star campsite near it which looked lovely - go there!
