very unprofessional Homair staff

The arrival was a nightmare. As the Homair staff opened at once at 16 all clients had to make a queue of more than 1 hour in the full 4 degrees sun. Nobody of the staff was taking care of the COVID-19 measures and people were maximum 50 cm distanced from each other. We got a mobile home in front of... the toilets and garbage. The staff He couldn't do anything, we just had ''mauvaise chance", every week one family was unlucky and now it was us. I could better not write a review as nobody would see it and it would not solve my problem. The director was too busy to talk to me. Once in the house everything was dirty: dirt on the ground, the shelves, the cups, oily hands spots and dead insects on the wall, lipstick on the mirror. The head of the shower was loose, the drain of the bathroom sink was clogged, the drain of the kitchen leaked, the lamp in the sleeping was broken... I expect that they clean the house and repair all the broken stuff.
