You have arrived at Camping Le Hameau de Cannisses, a small-scale holiday park with wooden bungalows. You are just 300 metres from the sea and the beach. Gruissan is a seaside resort in the Cathar region, which has retained its typical and colourful Mediterranean appearance. The old fishing village dates from the Roman period and is built in a circle around an old medieval castle. Modern Gruissan has a beautiful marina, white sandy beaches and a host of cultural and sporting activities. You and your family will have a wonderfully enjoyable holiday here!
Facilities Campsite Le Hameau de Cannisses
At the residence you can relax in the heated outdoor pool (open from 1 April to 30 October). Afterwards, you can surf the Internet using the WiFi. When you are rested and feel like some action, you can rent a bike from the bike rental 100 m away. For the whole family, there are plenty of fun activities on and near the beach, the park and in the village.
Camping Le Hameau de Cannisses restaurant
The residence has its own European a la carte restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal (open from mid-June to early September). You can also have a nice drink at the bar/cafe in the park. There is also a small supermarket (open all season), where you can get the necessities for your favourite meal. You can prepare this meal all by yourself in the kitchen of your accommodation. Moreover, an electric barbecue is available on request (free of charge) for guests of the park.
Surroundings Camping Le Hameau de Cannisses
There is a lively market in the village on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings. In the surrounding woods and nature reserves you can enjoy walking and cycling along the marked paths. Vast forests with fragrant pine trees and rich flora and fauna. The long sandy beaches are covered with soft, white sand for hours of pleasant sunbathing, building sandcastles and swimming in the sea. The vineyards of the wines of the Massif de la Clape are also well worth a visit. Many different wines are produced, which you can taste in one of the many wine cellars. Horse riding, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, visiting discotheques, visiting cinemas, visiting an amusement park, discovering castles or taking part in the many festivities; you will have a wonderful holiday and enjoy all the beauty the Languedoc has to offer.
