Overall, I'd say, a very peaceful location, with lovely staff who make you feel welcome. Neurodiverse friendly.

I really loved this place for my neurodiverse child. We went in September for a week when it was quiet enough for her to enjoy the pool and soft play all day long. There were some cold, rainy days, so planning activities to do nearby is a must, for cooler weather. However, when the sun was shining, it... was great. The pools are chilly, and too cold for me, but kids don't mind at all.
I found it clean, peaceful and with a lovely view of the surrounding area.
The staff were sooo warm and welcoming and really good with the children. I don't remember everyone's names, but Ben from the bar and Yohan from the animation team were so good to us.
The caravan area was quiet and peaceful. Our caravan was mostly clean, other than a bit of dust under the bed, when I moved the bed, but it was basic, functional and cosy. I had requested to be close to the facilities with Eurocamp, due to my daughter's needs and my own physical disability and we were. The camp isn't huge, so even caravans at the back only had a five minute walk to get to the facilities.
There are two normal pools, and two paddling pools, with a slide in one. There's a play park next to the pools and bar area. The bar area also has a small soft play under a marquee, for free, as well as a table football which was only 50 cent to use.
The restaurant was closed for the season, but the snack bar had a good range of food, and the wait was never too long. They had savory crepes, fries, burgers, kebabs, salads, calamari, lovely pizzas, crisps, ice-creams, sweet crepes and a kids menu with chicken nuggets etc. The most expensive things were under 10/12 euro max.
There wasn't much animation going on for the kids, as it was very quiet, but the children all made friends and played well together with everything being right by the bar- playpark, soft play etc, it was easy for them to stay with their friends and be seen from the bar.
The reception has a lot of information for day trips in the local area and transport to Disney/Paris and they also sell Disney tickets. We did Disney for one day but next time would do it for a couple of days, as there's so much to see. There is a shuttle bus to Disney once a week, I believe, but I took a Bolt taxi.
The train comes every hour and takes just under an hour to get into Paris and is warm, well lit, modern and clean. You can buy a ticket for 6 euro into Paris, but if you buy an 8 euro day metro ticket for Paris on a Navigo contactless card, this includes train travel from and to the campsite. (Farmoutier-Pommeuse station). You can buy the Navigo card from the machine at the train station for 2 euro and top it up with a day metro ticket everytime you travel into Paris. The train station is literally outside of the campsite entrance and trains were always on time.
Down the bottom of the hill from the campsite, is a canoe company and their number is on banner there to phone. It looked well organised from what I could see of them. Older children may get bored, if they need more than the pool, but there's lots of stuff to drive to in the local area, which people told me about.
Overall, we had a really nice time. I couldn't see the things which the negative reviews had moaned about, but the staff did tell me that the queues for the bar in the summer can get quite long. I'd definitely go back in early summer, as there's a lot to do locally, and so much to see in Paris, that I could keep going back and do new things each time.
Overall, I'd say, a very peaceful location, with lovely staff who make you feel welcome.
