I would not camp there again.

The staff was very friendly but there were a lot of things that would cause me never to visit again. They advertise a pool and jacuzzi, the pool was indoors and warm but the jacuzzi, which I was excited about was COLD! When we complained, they said, "That's how some jacuzzi's are" rather than apologizing.... There was no hose to fill your camper with water. You had to fill your own jugs and fill by hand which was really annoying. They said they had wash-machines but there were only 2 washers that you had to reserve, which we did. When we reported to the office (as we were told) another couple came at the same time, who had NOT reserved and they took them first which meant we had only one washer! When we complained, they said nothing. It was a horrible system. You put your soap and laundry in and are told to come back in 45 minutes. It was like a small locked closet. When we returned, we had to wait 20 minutes for assistance. Needless to say, it took almost 1 day to do our 2 loads of laundry. The showers were nice but there was no partition for changing clothes and if I didn't have a plastic bag, my towel and change of clothes would have gotten all wet from the spray of the shower. The camp looks very ritzy from the outside but inside, it was not attractive. The place was full of retiree's from Germany who decorated their sites competing with each other and sat and stared at newcomers which felt very uncomfortable. The camp had wifi but only 1 computer per family could be on it. The day before we left the wifi went out and so we were glad we didn't pay the extra cost per computer as it was out the day we left as well.
