Lago Resort is a traditional, family-run campsite, spacious and quiet, located 600 meters from Nuévalos and 3 kilometers from the Monastery of Piedra. Just a few meters from the banks of the La Tranquera reservoir. It has an outdoor swimming pool open in July and August and a children's playground.

In the famous and nearby Monasterio de Piedra, you can visit a park with lush vegetation, lakes, waterfalls and caves. As well as visiting the Monasterio de Piedra, you can go hiking on trails close to the campsite, as well as in the Hoces del Mesa and the Hoces del Piedra, where you can observe a wide variety of birds, including the griffon vulture.

Camping Lago Resort has a large outdoor swimming pool. With a depth of between 100 and 150 cm, the pool is suitable for the whole family. It's just worth noting that children must always be supervised by an adult, as swimming is not supervised.

The campsite is ideally located for hiking and visiting the Monastério de Piedra. Also not far from the Hoces del rio Mesa and rio Piedra. The bungalows were comfortable and clean. The restaurant on the campsite is very convenient. We ordered their paella for one evening and enjoyed it. I would recommend this campsite.
