Quiet and family campsite

Situated between Auxerre, Dijon and Chalon sur Saône and surrounded by green spaces, camping de Saulieu is the ideal place for a relaxing family holiday. The outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax while the children can have fun in the children's pool.

During the summer school holidays children can take part in workshops organised by the campsite staff once or twice a week. For older children, football, petanque and volleyball pitches are available and tournaments are organised every week in July and August.

On site, you will find a grocery store, souvenir gifts and a bread depot. You can also sit out on the terrace of the snack bar for a drink with friends.

Lovely camp site near lively town

My wife and I, and our two dogs, stayed here for two nights in a "Chalet confort". Two bedrooms + sofa bed + shower/separate toilet + kitchen/dining. Campsite is peaceful and secluded, and staff at reception very friendly and helpful.
As usual at sites this early in the season, none of the facilities...

Excellent shady spot! We enjoyed all of our trip at this excellent site. Close to hiking in the Morvan park and close to lots of activités in Burgundy! Family friendly, quiet hours respected, very clean. Super staff!

Friendly owners/staff. The site was fairly empty so had a choice of pitch. Overall the site is quite good but is showing signs of age and needs maintenance , in particular the showers and toilets are very dated. The cafe at the reception wasnt serving any food or drinks. .

We have been for two days in that wonderful chalet with a welcoming staff and nice city to walk by. We could ask whatever we needed to them. I could recommend this place but better to have a car to visit the things around :- )

A great campsite with big enclosed grassy pitches. Nice pool and games for the kids. Good location for chateaus, Dijon, walking and cycling. Nice friendly English speaking staff. Nearby town of Saulieu was a pleasant surprise, too.
