Modern residence with 22 apartments (built in 2014) on 6 floors (elevator) in Santa Margarita. Beach at approx. 300 m, supermarket, restaurants and bars at approx. 150 m. Center Roses at approx.2 km.
There is a swimming pool (approx. 10 x 4 m, open from the beginning of June to the end of September) and a terrace / solarium as well as a garage / parking (1 space / apartment incl.).

The apartments are furnished in a modern style and have air conditioning (cold heating, incl.), satellite TV, Wi-Fi (for an extra charge), dishwasher, washing machine and balcony with garden furniture.
