The complex consists of 4 apartment blocks of 2 floors and is located at about 250 m from the beautiful beach of EMPURIES (just cross the road Empuries-Escala). After a short walk you will reach the Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries, as well as the small picturesque center of St. Marti d'Empuries, which is well worth a visit.
Located approx. 800 m from the center of l'Escala with its shops. The complex has a small swimming pool (approx. 12 x 4 m, open all season) and 2 swings for the children. Possibility of parking in the vicinity.
There are 2 types of apartments, those located on the first floor are duplexes, downstairs have the kitchen-living-dining room and on the first floor are the bedrooms and bathroom. In the attics, everything is on the same level. Distribution of the accommodation on arrival. All apartments have a balcony or terrace with furniture (table and 4 chairs). The apartments are functional with color TV, Wifi (free), most with safe (payment), washing machine and electric heating.
